Some moments in real estate are bittersweet - and this was definitely one of those moments.

Life had different plans for our seller clients so they had to sell their family home. Brian is a dear friend of theirs and was honored to help them during a tough time and transition period.

The home is beautiful, but needed a little love and had a few unfinished projects. Brian saw the potential and worked hard to market the property. He also did a great job staying in communication with both sellers along the way.

The right buyer came along and saw the potential, too - and will be giving this great property new life!

Our friends at Meritus Signature Homes hosted our Crew for a lunch and learn - and they went all out! 💙

We started with a tour of the new Meritus Design Center in Downtown Anderson. Y'all... It's ah-mazing!

Everything is so thoughtfully laid out in their new headquarters - including a wall of fireplace finishes, and a variety of flooring installed throughout. The way they've designed this space really allows our clients to see more than just a sample, which lets them choose not only what they want - but what might work best for their lifestyle!

They've simplified (and perfected) the custom luxury home building process. 😊 We've had several clients use Meritus Signature Homes over the years and they've always had nothing but wonderful things to say!

We enjoyed a delicious lunch from The Pompous Pig followed by some door prize fun and more exploring around the design center.

This small, locally owned company began in 2005 and they've grown the Meritus brand to include additional branches for a full service experience.
