Some homes carry a little more meaning than others, and this was certainly one of them. ❤️
It was such a privilege to help my seller on this sale that held so many memories and meant so much to her. Saying goodbye to a special place is never just about the transaction, it’s about honoring the chapter that was lived there while feeling good about who will love the home next.
And that part made this sale especially sweet. The new buyer truly fell in love with the character, charm, and warmth of this home, and knowing it is going to someone who appreciates what makes it so special meant a lot. My seller had a choice with multiple offers and chose this buyer because she felt she was the one who was going to love her home as much as she has.
