So I asked ChatGPT what people should know before meeting me 😏 and it’s weirdly pretty accurate 😂

Before you work with Sarah…
Sarah is laid-back, sarcastic, overly opinionated, occasionally inappropriate, and she swears. 😂 There isn’t really a separate “Realtor Sarah” — what you see is pretty much what you get.
She’s also an over-analyzer. She asks a million questions, notices little things, thinks several steps ahead and has a very low tolerance for bu****it. If something doesn’t make sense, she’s going to keep digging until it does.
And yes, you’re going to hear her opinion.
She’ll tell you when she loves a house, when she thinks it’s overpriced, when something is ugly, and when she thinks you’re about to make a bad decision. But she’ll also remind you that it’s your house, your money and ultimately your decision. Her job isn’t to talk you into anything — it’s to make sure you know what you’re getting into.
Once you’re her client, she’s also fiercely protective of you. She takes that responsibility very seriously.
Herself? Not nearly as much. She knows she’s not the perfect agent for everyone, and she doesn’t care. 😂
More than anything, she’s a relationship person. She remembers her clients, their houses and their stories. And when someone sends a friend or family member to her, she takes that personally — because they’re trusting her with someone they care about.
So ask the dumb question. Tell her you hate the house. Make the inappropriate joke. And don’t worry if a swear word slips out.
