Week 2 update: The Grandview has a new roof! Most of the upstairs framing is finished and all rotten wood has been replaced.The entire chimney is gone! The basement is cleaned out and the old broken concrete has been removed. All the old siding is down as well. Check out the old cedar plank siding we found hiding under there!! Wish we could save it all but it's not going to work. She is coming along nicely.
