Delicious Spicey Soup. My Homemade Chili Soup + Lentils. Extra virgin olive oil, beef tallow, lentils, fresh garlics, onion, celery, carrots, criminimushrooms, yellow squash, black beans, pinto beans, hot tomato sauce, tomato sauce, garlic powder, spices, water in large pot. Enjoy! 😋

Layered Chocolate Nut Bar on Parchment Paper. Organic Choppped Medjool Dates on bottom pressed down. Added Chopped Almonds and Cashews pressed down. Added Chopped Walnuts pressed down. Added Melted Dark Chocolate Chips No Sugar Added + Coconut Oil drizzled on top. Melted More and drizzled on top. Sprinkle of Sea Salt on top. Froze. Delicious!! (Sorry l forgot to take picture of just dates) 😋 Next time adding Peanut Butter on top of dates then next steps.

Italian Split Pea Lentil Soup 😋 Fresh garlic, onion, spices and basil tomato sauce makes this soup very flavorful and delicious. I added a few fennel seeds too. No meat but a little beef tallow and olive oil. I made a huge pot of soup! I may add Quattro Formaggi grated cheeses on top when l serve it tomorrow. Soup is my breakfast. 👌 🇮🇹
