Oh, if these walls could speak. ❤️🏡

Some closings are about more than handing over the keys to a house. They’re about saying goodbye to a place that has held a lifetime of memories. Always emotional for my clients and me!

Memories made gathered around the dinner table.
Footsteps going up and down that staircase.
Games played and evenings spent in front of the fireplace.

And the porch. Oh, that porch. ❤️

The conversations that were had there. Neighbors stopping by. Family gathering together. The laughter, the stories, and even the moments when someone simply needed a place to sit, talk, and find comfort during the hard times.

For years, these four walls have been so much more than a house. They’ve been home.

And now, a new story begins with new owners New footsteps will climb those stairs. New conversations will happen around the table. New laughter will fill the rooms, and we all hope this beautiful porch still has plenty of stories left to hear.

To the Mathers-Hansen family, thank you for trusting me to be a part of this journey with you. It has truly been an honor helping you close this chapter. This is a two-day event on October 17 and 18 from 10 AM to 4 PM. The vendor fee is $50 and covers both days. We have indoor and outdoor spaces available, and all types of vendors are welcome!

There will be train rides, a haunted railcar, trunk-or-treat, costume contests, concessions and activities throughout the weekend.
