A little late on posting this one, but SOLD! 🏡🤍

The last couple of weeks have been a whirlwind between everything going on with Ghost, making my own move, and just life in general, so my real estate posting has taken a bit of a back seat.

But this one is extra special because it was my own home.

✨ Closed in 30 days

Selling a home while also packing up your life and moving is definitely a different experience when you’re both the Realtor and the seller. 😂 But I’m so grateful for how smoothly everything came together, and I’m excited for the new owners to make this house their home.

This home held a lot of memories and was such a fun one to make my own over the years. Saying goodbye was already going to be bittersweet, but closing on it the same day I had to say goodbye to Ghost made that day one I’ll probably never forget.

There have been a lot of changes all at once, but I’m excited for what’s next.

And now that life is hopefully settling down a little, I have some catching up to do on all the real estate things I haven’t gotten around to sharing! 🏡🔑
