We could not be happier to have represented both the seller and the buyer in this transaction!

While the photos always make the process look smooth and seamless, this one definitely had a few bumps in the road. It also reinforced something we cannot stress enough: the importance of home inspections, no matter how much you love a property.

Our buyers initially considered waiving inspections, but we strongly advised against it. Thankfully, they chose to move forward with them. The result? A failing septic system was discovered—even though the property had been inspected less than three years ago. Sometimes things happen, and issues can arise when you least expect them.

This is exactly why due diligence matters. Inspections help protect buyers from unexpected and costly surprises down the road.

We wish the very best to everyone involved and want to give a huge thank you to A-1 Septic for stepping up and getting a new system scheduled so quickly. Your responsiveness helped keep this transaction moving forward!

🌊 Exciting News, Beresford! 🌊



We’re happy to share that the community pool is officially being filled! After working through and overcoming unexpected mechanical and infrastructure issues over the past few weeks, our Public Works team has been working incredibly hard to keep the project moving forward and prepare the facility for the season.

Over the next several days, staff will be:

☀️ Heating the water

🧪 Balancing and testing chemical levels

✅ Completing final safety and operational checks

We appreciate everyone’s patience and support as we make sure the pool is safe, clean, and ready for a great summer season. We’ll continue to provide updates and will announce an official opening date as soon as everything is ready.
