The Sioux Empire market is showing strong buyer activity, with more new listings coming to market and homes selling faster than this time last year:
📉 813 new listings — up 9.6% from last year
📈 881 pending sales — up 89.1% from last year
⏱️ 78 days on market — down 8.2%
✅ 422 closed sales — down 7.9%
💰 97.1% of original list price received — nearly steady year over year
🏷️ Median sales price: $344,900 — up 3.3%
