One of the best parts of this business is the people you meet along the way. ❤️
I had the pleasure of helping this wonderful family as their son purchased his very first home! What a journey it was! We looked at homes south of South Bend, explored properties up north in Michigan, offered on an estate property with multiple offers, and even pursued another Michigan home along the way. But in the end… we found the perfect one! 🏡
A beautiful home in great condition featuring a large yard, big deck, newer appliances, a finished basement, and best of all… only 6 minutes from Mom & Dad! 😊
Everything worked out exactly the way it was meant to. We had the nicest seller, an excellent closing experience, and a very excited first-time homebuyer ready to begin his next chapter. Mom and Dad are happy, and seeing everyone so excited made this day incredibly special.
Days like these are so worth it. I truly love what I do! ❤️

We are so fortunate to have Jamie Miller with Gold Key Home Inspections come to our South Bend office to teach continuing education classes! Today’s class focused on water testing and the importance of understanding the process, results, and how it impacts our clients and transactions. Always something new to learn in this industry, and Jamie always does a great job sharing his knowledge and experience. Great class! 👏

Starting July 1, 2026, Indiana veterans must re-register for property tax benefits to receive expanded relief, including a 100% homestead property tax exemption for 100% disabled/unemployable veterans, as part of House Enrolled Act 1210. You must file Form 51186 with your county auditor between July 1, 2026, and Dec. 30, 2026, to receive the new credits/exemptions on your 2027 tax bill.
