Happy New Year! As we open the year of 2026, our family is closing a big chapter of our life. We have airbnb'd our home for 13 years, even before we moved into our current home! Renting a place out for ND games was a real blessing in the past. It supplemented our income and led us to have a real love of hosting and of beautifying our home. But, we are ready to focus our attention and efforts entirely on our real estate business! It is a bit bittersweet...But, at this point, we are all in!

We have been busy! Last week, Eric and I had 4 closings! Thanks to all our amazing clients!

I decided it was time to start our official "Bomkamp Team" page! I have been a Broker for almost 10 years now. And Eric has been actively working with biz for about 2 years! We are all in! We love to serve our clients during the home buying/selling process!

I thought for my first post I would share a fun story...Years ago, I sold this beautiful home for some friends! Now, over five years later, it was Eric's listing! And it is currently under contract to close next week! It is a great house and I am excited for the new Buyers!

Maybe if the Bomkamp kids join the real estate team, one of them will list it in the future!
