This closing was bitter sweet for me. Shelly and I became friends working at Health New England and she was also my first ever client. I had just got my license in 2020 (before the world shut down) and that summer she mentioned she was looking for a home for her and her girls. I asked her to take a chance on me knowing I was new to the industry and the way for looking for a home was like nothing before. She saw this house online and had her heart set on it being hers. We made the offer and this became the first closing of my career. Over the last 6 years she made this house a home for her and her girls. Her mom and grandma lived with her off and on and she even found the love of her life while living here. This year life changes had her moving her family back to Alabama and saying goodbye to the house she put so much love into. I'm grateful that she put her trust in me a second time with the sale of her home. Here's to many happy years to her and her family in Alabama, she'll definitely be missed up here!
