It feels different when the property you sell is your own.

This 3-unit was more than just another transaction for me. It was years of learning, problem-solving, long nights, tenant calls, renovations, and growth all wrapped into one property.

Excited for what’s next, but definitely a bittersweet closing day.

On to the next chapter.

A journey that started 8+ years ago…

Mistakes were made, lessons were learned, the growth was unbelievable!

The first property I ever bought taught me to be a landlord, taught us about renovating from the studs to finishes, taught us the benefits of real estate, and most importantly started my journey in Real Estate.

This chapter may be closed but I can’t wait to see what the future holds and what the next stop on the journey may be.

Happy Mother’s Day to our snuggle away tantrums, snack packer, biggest fan, best Mama we could have ever asked for!!

It looked a bit different this year but with Jack starting Tee Ball this week, we are entering Erin Auger’s sport mom era! We spent the day walking around Boston and finished it off with the kids first ever Boston Red Sox game!!!

Thank you for everything you do for us and we hope you had the best Mother’s Day! We love you so much! ♥️

Another one closed!

Really happy for my clients getting the keys to their new home today!! We kicked off the search in mid-January and were able to quickly zero in on the right fit.

With some strong negotiating, we not only secured the exact home they were looking for, but also TERMS that lined up with what mattered most to them from day one.

That’s always the goal… find the right home and make sure the deal works just as well as the house does.

This one was a special one for me.

These clients were originally introduced to me as tenants by the one and only Tia Morrell at Landing Real Estate , and being able to represent them meant a lot.

We started the search last summer and looked high and low to find the right fit. We sent letters, explored different neighborhoods, and stayed patient through the process.

Then, when we least expected it, the right opportunity showed up. Because of the work we had already put in behind the scenes, we were able to get in quickly, submit a strong offer, and go under contract within hours.
