House hunting with kids can go one of two ways… real quick. 😅

I always try to make this part of the process feel fun and engaging for everyone—not just the adults. Because it’s not just about finding a house on paper… it’s about helping your whole family picture life there.
The kids are imagining their rooms, you’re thinking through layout and function, and I’m making sure it all comes together in a way that actually works for your life.

Because let’s be honest—the rest of the process can be stressful… pre-approvals, paperwork, negotiations, repairs, moving. 😵‍💫

But this part? This should be the fun part. The dreaming part. The “this feels like home” part. 🤍 And I want everyone to feel that.

The Deercroft Community Mega Open House is officially back on the calendar!

⏰ 12:00 – 3:00 PM

We’ll have 16+ homes open throughout the neighborhood, plus games, prizes, and refreshments to make it a full afternoon event — not just a quick pop-in showing.
