4. How's the resale market in this area? Some pockets move in days, others sit for months.
5. What happens if orders change suddenly? You need an exit strategy that doesn't leave you financially exposed.
6. Does this house fit my actual life or the life I think I should have? Be honest about how you actually live day-to-day.
