Just Sold!

This one is noteworthy and special. It was my very first sale as a real estate agent; when it was just a shell. My client was a first-time investor who is young and full of ambition. After much time and money invested, we got it done on the selling side. We both grew through this process — learning, pushing through challenges, and making it happen.

Another smooth transaction representing the lessor and first time lessee..

Considering the state of the housing market; I gave this young tenant a coaching session about the importance of making payments on time, and caring for the home as if its their own. Setting themselves up and keeping a good credit history and preparing for homeownership as this is something they stated they desire.
