🔧 Celebrating the teams that keep our communities moving! 🔧

In honor of Global Maintenance Day, our maintenance associates came together for a day focused on growth, connection, and appreciation.

The day started with our Service Manager Meeting, where teams shared their experiences, discussed opportunities for improvement, and collaborated on ways we can continue supporting our communities and each other.

Afterward, it was time to celebrate with a BBQ lunch, yard games, and prizes. 💙

Please help us welcome Alanna Welch to Beacon Management as our newest Regional Manager! 🎉

After being encouraged by her aunt to give leasing a try, Alanna found her path in property management and has now spent more than 10 years growing within the industry. What stood out to her most about Beacon was the positive energy, supportive environment, and strong focus on developing teams and people.

Outside of work, Alanna spends most of her time outdoors with her family, enjoys archery, and proudly considers herself a “crazy plant lady.” Fun fact: before property management, Alanna worked as an EMT… but that was a long time ago, so you should still call 911 like everyone else!
