Last month's Hollywood-themed dinner gave our Life Enrichment and Memory Care leaders the opportunity to dress up, celebrate their hard work and have a little fun 😜

From connecting with team members from communities across the American House family to sharing stories, laughter and new friendships, the evening was a wonderful reminder of the relationships that make our team so special. 🌟

Celebrating impact, inspiration and teamwork! ✨

During last month's Life Enrichment Conference, we honored several American House team members and communities for their incredible fundraising achievements through the Alzheimer's Association's Do What You Love® campaign, honoring their commitment to supporting a cause that impacts so many families.

Conference attendees also participated in interactive breakout sessions, collaborating with peers, exchanging ideas and discovering new ways to create engaging experiences for residents.

Congratulations to all of our award winners, and thank you to every leader whose passion helps make American House feel like home. 💙

Recognition, celebration and plenty of dancing! ✨

During our annual Life Enrichment Conference, each Life Enrichment and Memory Care leader was honored with a personalized award and certificate. To make the moment even more special, teammates formed a high-energy cheering tunnel, celebrating each person as they danced their way to the front of the room. 💃🕺

It was a fun and heartfelt way to recognize the passion, creativity and dedication these leaders bring to our residents each day.

Last month, Life Enrichment leaders held our annual Life Enrichment Conference! 🎉

For the first time, Life Enrichment and Memory Care leaders came together at the American House Home Office to learn, collaborate and grow as one team. The two-day conference focused on innovative new programming, fresh ideas for engaging residents and leadership development skills to better serve the people who call our communities home.

Today is National Centenarian's Day and the one-year anniversary of the American House Longevity League!

Our league now celebrates more than 50 residents ages 100 and beyond—each with a lifetime of wisdom, wonderful stories to tell and new chapters to write. This year, we even welcomed honorary members Dick Van D**e, Sir David Attenborough and Mel Brooks.

Here’s to one year of the Longevity League—and to all the remarkable lives still to be celebrated!
