Talk about a high-speed day 🏎️

REDICO team members and our friends from City Place hit the track at Xtreme Xperience, where they had the chance to ride along with professional drivers and even take the wheel themselves. Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini—you name it, they drove it.

Safe to say, it was a bucket-list kind of experience for everyone involved.

Learning, collaboration and a little fun along the way!

Our Property Management, Lease Administration and Accounting teams spent time connecting through hands-on training, a deep dive into our latest budget calendar rollout and some creative team-building games.

From building with Legos to teamwork challenges with hula hoops, it was a great opportunity to strengthen relationships and sharpen skills—all while having a little fun together.

Progress is underway in Birmingham.

Precast installation has begun on the parking structure for Fred Lavery Porsche Co.'s "Destination Porsche,” a new state-of-the-art dealership and showroom at Woodward and Haynes.

This milestone highlights the strong collaboration between REDICO, Sachse Construction, Albert Kahn Associates and Luckenbach | Ziegelman Architects as the project continues to take shape.

We're excited to see how this development contributes to the future of the Triangle District.

Our team has begun standing up precast for the parking structure at Fred Lavery's "Destination Porsche", a state-of-the-art dealership and showroom crowning the Triangle District at Woodward and Haynes. The structure will hold 112 new Porsche vehicles.
