What a night at Tiles & Tides! 🀄️🦪🥂

We had such a fun evening of Mahjong, networking, and making new connections at Hazel’s in Birmingham!

Mahjong has grown so much in popularity over the last few years, and it’s easy to see why! It’s a great way to meet new people, build relationships, enjoy a little friendly competition, and let’s be honest, give your brain a workout while you’re at it! 🧠

At Rental Management One, we love finding new ways to bring people together, and this was the perfect mix of business and fun!

A huge thank you to Modern Mahj Michigan for leading the evening, Hazel’s for the fantastic food and atmosphere, and everyone who joined us for our first event!

Walking into a tenant move out without having done periodic inspections… it could go either way. And THAT is the scary part. 🫣

One of the most overlooked responsibilities in property management is also one of the MOST important: Periodic property inspections.

Just because the rent is paid on time and the tenant isn’t calling with complaints doesn’t mean everything is fine behind that front door. 🚪

Small maintenance issues become expensive repairs. Lease violations go unnoticed. And sometimes, what you find at move out is enough to give any property owner nightmares. 👻

No news is NOT always good news in property management!
