Hi everybody, I wanted to disperse some info on what I'm up to in Hartford. If any of you know anyone that wants to be a city slicker, you should check out my efforts to transform the south end of Hartford from renters to owners. The owners can come from the renters already there or someone new to the area. The result of these efforts has been a dramatic increase in the value of these condo units in all these wonderful old brick houses. The whole south end of the city is steeped in history, and all of these old houses are unlike the one next door or down the street. There's no two condo units alike that I've seen so far and I've seen a few. Stay tuned to my realtor page for details on the units I work with.
