Is it finally grill season? Here's a great recipe - Prep the night before for a quick dinner or host a cook-out and enjoy with friends!

🧄Grilled Honey Garlic Kabobs 🍯🧅

Ingredients:

For the kabobs-

2 lbs chicken breast or thighs, cut into chunks
Bell peppers
Red onion
Zucchini
Mushrooms
Pineapple chunks (optional but SO good grilled)

For the marinade-

1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Black pepper
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions-
Mix marinade ingredients together.
Marinate chicken at least 2 hours (overnight is even better).
Thread chicken and veggies onto skewers.
Grill over medium-high heat about 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
Brush with extra marinade during the last few minutes for that sticky glazed finish.

Not everyone loves a creamy sauce on their salmon… but if you do, this one is a winner 🙌

This Grilled Salmon Sauce is super simple and comes together in minutes—and trust me, it’s worth using the good stuff. Go with Miracle Whip (not mayo), fresh dill, and fresh lemon juice… it really makes a difference. I also prefer Dijon mustard for a little extra zing 😉

Just mix it up, spread it over your salmon, and bake at 350° until it flakes easily with a fork (about 20–30 minutes). Easy, flavorful, and perfect for a no-fuss dinner!
