A master suite in one of our recent builds. The homeowner wanted a sliding barn door between the bedroom and the bath, wood-look tile throughout, and large windows that pull the backyard into the room. Small choices like a door style change how a space feels. We built the rough opening for the slider, ran the tile clean through both rooms, and trimmed the windows the way the homeowner wanted them trimmed. The work is in the details. The homeowner picked the elevation, the trim, and the front-door treatment when we were drafting the plan with them. The contract they signed covered the full build — and the price held. We don't use escalation clauses, so the number doesn't move on our side because of supplier costs or market shifts.
