🔥🍂 Maintenance Tip Monday: Cozy season is here!

Candles, blankets, space heaters, electric blankets… fall is basically an invitation to get cozy. 🥰

A few reminders:

🕯️ Never leave candles unattended
🔥 Keep anything that produces heat away from blankets and other flammable items
🔌 Don't overload outlets
🚪 Keep exits and walkways clear

Cozy = good.
Cozy + safe = even better. ❤️

🚽🍂 Maintenance Tip Monday: Your toilet is NOT a trash can!

Just because something fits doesn't mean it belongs in the toilet. 😂

The only things that should be flushed are:

💩 Waste
🧻 Toilet paper

❌ Wipes — even if they're labeled "flushable"
❌ Paper towels
❌ Feminine products
❌ Cotton balls/swabs
❌ Hair
❌ Cleaning products
❌ "Flushable" cat litter

Those items can cause clogs WAY down the line — where they're much harder to fix. 😬

🍁 Maintenance Tip Monday: It’s time for the closet shuffle! 👕🧥
Before you cram all your fall clothes into the closet, take 10 minutes to pull out anything you haven’t worn in the last year.

👚 Keep it
📦 Donate it
🗑️ Toss it
🧺 Wash it before storing it

Bonus tip: Store summer clothes in labeled bins or vacuum bags so you aren't digging through everything when warm weather comes back. ☀️

A little organization now = WAY less closet chaos later! 🙌
