This is the Martin Maloney Cottage in Spring Lake. Philadelphia businessman Martin Maloney bought it in 1898 and used it until he built Ballingarry across the street in 1901. This house outlasted Ballingarry and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Ballingarry's iron fence is still standing.
