A HUGE CONGRATS 🎉 to my happy sellers for the quickest sale pending! I didn’t even have time to post about my new Brookville listing on an acre that backs up to a state park where avid hunters come to snag their seasonal bucks! 🦌 This is a total score for the new buyers!

This client 🧍🏼‍♂️was a referral from an out-of-state agent last year that was not connected to me quick enough through his realtor so he called an agent on Zillow. Much to his agent friends disappointment, he ended up purchasing the home 🏡 with a new agent whom he did not have a good experience with. He ended up calling 📞 me throughout the transaction asking questions because that agent lacked the experience to satisfy the client. 

It turns out he remembered me and asked if he could list with me this time around and I absolutely said yes! 🙌🏽 I love it when things come back around full circle!
