This is a day I’ll always remember. At my first auction ever, I had the opportunity to meet the late owner’s family after admiring my newly found treasures; that moment turned into something truly meaningful. Long story short, I secured the listing and was able to sell this property for nearly $500,000 more than what they had previously been offered off-market. Closing it out at $1,370,000 for just over 11 acres.

I’m incredibly proud of how I advocate for and protect my clients. We have already closed 4 of the 6 properties they needed to sell, at top dollar, with the remaining 2 already under contract.
