Agent highlight: Meet Evelyn Villarreal!
I’m Evelyn Villarreal, a bilingual real estate agent serving Northwest Arkansas. ❤️
I’m originally from California, but I’ve called NWA home since 2010. Over the years, this community has become home in every sense of the word, and I’m proud to help others find their place here, too.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent 15 years as an educator. That experience has shaped the way I serve my clients today. Teaching taught me patience, communication, problem-solving, and—most importantly—how to meet people where they are. Those skills have been especially valuable when helping first-time home buyers navigate what can feel like an overwhelming process. 🏡
My husband and I also build homes, which gives me hands-on experience and a strong understanding of new construction. I know what to look for, what questions to ask, and the details that can make a difference when purchasing a newly built home.
I also have experience with investment properties, and I understand what to look for when evaluating a property as an investment. Whether you’re purchasing your first home, building your portfolio, buying land, or investing in new construction, I’m here to walk you through the transaction from beginning to end.
Outside of real estate, I’m a mom to two daughters, and when I’m not working, you’ll probably find me enjoying a concert 🎶, traveling ✈️, or spending time with my family.
I truly believe buying real estate is about more than just buying a house—it’s about making a smart decision for your future. My goal is to make sure you feel informed, confident, and cared for every step of the way.
