🏡 SOLD... and CLOSED! 🔑

Years of "one day" conversations turned into "welcome home" today. Congratulations to two of my favorite people on closing on their FIRST home in Fayetteville! 🥹

I've had the honor of hearing this dream for years, so getting to hand over these keys was personal. You did it, and you did it with a VA loan, earned through your service and sacrifice. Watching you walk into your own front door was one of the proudest moments of my career.

A huge thank you to the incredible team who helped us cross the finish line, and to the listing agents for their hard work and diligence in getting this one closed. It truly takes a village. 🙌

Here's what I know for sure: buying a home can feel out of reach, especially the first time, or when your situation feels complicated. It doesn't have to be. With the right guidance, it's absolutely doable, and I'd love to be the one in your corner.

Did you know that September is National Honey Month? Here’s a great recipe to try!

Ingredients:
• 4 packages biscuit dough
• 2 c. light or dark brown sugar
• 1½ c. butter, melted
• 2 tbsp. honey
• ½ c. cinnamon sugar mixture
• Walnuts, if desired

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F, and grease a Bundt pan with nonstick spray.
2. Cut each biscuit into quarters, and then coat in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Layer the pieces into the greased pan, making sure they are evenly distributed.
3. In a saucepan, melt together the brown sugar, butter, and honey. Continue to stir until a slightly runny glaze forms, and quickly pour over the biscuit pieces.
4. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown.
5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes. Carefully place a large plate or serving tray over the pan, and flip over the Bundt pan. Pull the pan away from the bread ring carefully, avoiding the hot glaze. Top with walnuts, if desired.
