I was excited to help with the process of selling the Ray’s home once they got settled into their beautiful new house this Summer! They were diligent to get everything ready to go, knock out the to-do list and were great with communication! I’m thankful we were able to get it under contract quickly and for the speed and ease of the entire process! Todd and Wendy gave me the opportunity to help them move into the area back in 2020 and we’ve been friends ever since! Helping get their house sold in just 7 days meant they had to pack fast and trust the process. Even with a few snags, they were troopers! I’m so thankful that I have people continue to trust me and lean into the wisdom and expertise I offer during the buying and selling process. I wish they were staying around the area, but when grandbabies are part of the equation, it just makes sense to get back to them! Blessings upon Blessings in your newest adventure you guys!

Thankful that the closing was still taken care of, with me being on vacation! I never like to miss a closing and sometimes the stars don’t align! Special shout out to Trevor Teabeau for attending closing day in my place and bringing them their St George’s Apple Fritter send off (one of the first places I told them to indulge themselves in when they moved here!) and for Megan Henry not batting an eye to help me make their anniversary the night before a special occasion❤️❤️❤️

I’m so proud of these first time buyers! They’ve done the hard work, saved for a down payment and worked to find the home of their dreams! We started out just browsing and quickly found THE house! They were excellent students, focused on their goals and were able to turn this big dream into reality!
