The Springfield Board of REALTORS® Philanthropic Committee is hosting a Stand-Up Comedy Night at The State Theatre on Tuesday, October 6th! 🎭

Come enjoy a night of professional comedians, good food, great company, and BIG laughs—all while supporting a wonderful cause! 🙌

🍔 Fat Hammies LLC food truck will be there starting around 5:30 PM, so come early, grab some food, and get ready for a fun night!

🚪 Doors open at 6 PM

🥂 VIP Tables: $250 (includes 8 seats, drink tickets, and extra goodies)

Good morning, my friends! Happy Friday!!!! I’ve got a busy morning showing houses to first time homebuyers ranging from Springfield to London to Mechanicsburg and Urbana. All before 1 PM. And then I’m off to a closing to represent the Seller side at 2 PM. Picking my daughter up from school around 3 PM. And then heading to my great niece’s birthday party this evening.  It’s going to be a busy day, but I absolutely love it!

Here’s a little snippet into my personal life. We just keep it real over here at the Jacobs household lol. It’s all about cheerleading and softball when we’re not working 💪📣🥎

Now that the healing process is underway, I decided it’s time to go ahead and share the video of Ava’s arm injury. We can laugh about it now, but it certainly wasn’t funny at the time. Trust me when I say, her dad felt so bad! About $700 worth of a shopping spree bad 😂
