Congratulations to my buyers who found a beautiful home!

The location in the neighborhood is fabulous. They absolutely loved it being on a cul-de-sac for minimal traffic. To get to the neighborhood pool and pickleball courts, you can simply walk out the back gate of the privacy fenced yard, walk through a little green common area, and you are there!

The updated siding and floor plan was also lovely. I’m so happy we found such a great home and are officially under contract!

This family is so excited to relocate to live closer to family for retirement! This house had it all!
