If I could give any of our clients a perseverance award it would be these two! They had multiple contracts fall through, a super hard inspections process, all while trying to plan a wedding!! This one was so special! Mary called and said she had heard good things about us and wanted to know if I could sell her home fast. She had a balloon payment coming up in a few months, and needed it to go quickly - no pressure at all with a market that has homes sitting an average of 45 days. 😳 We got her house on the market on Wednesday, and had an open house on Sunday. The sweetest couple walked through, and loved it. They left and came back towards the end of the open house wanting to do another walk through. They ended up being able to meet the owner and they found out they both had a shared love of birds, flowers, and Jesus. They were able to pay cash and the home closed start to finish in two weeks! Love being able to help people through the home selling process!

A big beautiful kitchen for Ben to work his magic, multiple living spaces for friends, small groups, and families to come over.
