“Building a custom home always takes longer than expected.”

That’s one of the biggest myths in new construction.

When this home was under contract, the projected completion date was June 2026. Jeremy looked at the plans and told our clients he thought that it would really look like the end of May.

Final inspection passed on May 29.

Certificate of Occupancy was issued on June 1.

Not every custom build is plagued by delays, missed deadlines, and endless extensions. With the right builder, realistic expectations, and experienced guidance throughout the process, custom homes can absolutely stay on track.
