We’re thrilled to congratulate the Community Foundation of the Ozarks on moving into their new “forever home” at 300 S. Jefferson Avenue in downtown Springfield — the former Kenneth E. Meyer Alumni Center.

With a rich legacy of philanthropy and community leadership, CFO’s move into this iconic 80,000-square-foot facility marks a bold step forward in their ongoing commitment to stewardship, growth, and impact across our region and downtown.

It was truly our pleasure to represent the CFO in the purchase of this transformational property. Here’s to many more decades of community-building and success at your new headquarters!
