We’ve all seen it, the Real Estate Agent on your Social media 📃 constantly posting about how busy they are and that’s all you get, just posts about real estate and more real estate, nothing else.

They don’t post anything else so let's talk about the difference between being "busy" and being there for you. 💯❤️

It seems like every day, some agents are posting about how they are "so busy," juggling a million things, and closing endless deals. But here is a down-to-earth thought from someone who truly loves this business and has been doing this for a long time: If an agent is constantly talking about how busy they are with closings, but they have zero client reviews online.. ZerO Zilch Nat-a, Nothing, this maybe a red flag 🚩 and time to take a step back.

Here’s the thing, a home isn’t just a quick transaction, and you aren’t just a line item on a busy schedule.
When an agent closes dozens of homes but doesn't have a single footprint of public feedback from real people, “real clients” , it usually means something is missing. 💯

See real estate isn’t just about racing to the next contract. 📝It’s about communication👂, guidance, and the care you receive from start to finish. If an agent is "extremely busy" and hasn’t earned reviews, then the question becomes where are all the “Happy Clients”? 😬

In real estate, we call it "Cinco de Mile"—the average distance I sprint when a new listing hits the market within my 5-mile radius. 🏃‍♀️💨🏡

Mile 1: Chugging a coffee while doing a high-speed U-turn because a client just texted "CAN WE SEE IT NOW??" ☕️🚗
