This Labor Day, we’re taking a moment to recognize and celebrate the hard work and dedication of workers everywhere — including the amazing TLC team! ❤️

All TLC Properties offices will be closed Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.

We’ll reopen with regular office hours on Tuesday, September 8th.

Our TLC 55+ shuttle was on the move, taking some of our residents out to cheer on the Springfield Cardinals. Good seats, good company, and a pretty great way to spend a summer evening! 🙌

We had the BEST time at Sample Springfield welcoming Missouri State students back to town and reminding everyone of one very important fact: Cool People Live at TLC. 🏡💙

What a day at Villas at Anthony Park! 🏡🌳

Our Open House had an incredible turnout! We were so busy welcoming guests, giving tours, answering questions, and showing off this beautiful community that we barely had time to take photos. And honestly? We’ll take that as a win. 💙💛

Villas at Anthony Park is a gated 55+ community featuring 2- and 3-bedroom homes available for lease or purchase and amenities that support your everyday lifestyle. Our personal favorites are the planned outings with the TLC Shuttle Bus and concierge services from Phoenix Home Care. 😌

The heat was high, but the vibes were even higher at Missouri State University's Sample Springfield! ☀️🔥

TLC brought the fun, the swag, and ALL the good energy! From Liquid I.V. to keep everyone hydrated in that Springfield heat, college-perfect snacks, TLC hats, and our “Cool People Live Here” shirts, we had a blast hanging out with future TLC residents! 😎💙

And the giveaways?! 🎉 Congrats to our Polaroid camera and JBL speaker winners — PLUS, one lucky student took home a $100 gift card for showing TLC some love on social! 🙌📸

We LOVE our students, we love making college life a little more fun, and we can’t wait to see even more of you calling TLC home this year. 🏠💙
