Meet Shauna, Your Old‑Fashioned Hometown Realtor
Hey everyone, I’m Shauna Opferman — your old‑fashioned hometown realtor. I’m a proud wife, mom, and granny, and everything I do is rooted in family, faith, and community.
My husband is a disabled longshoreman who survived a severe traumatic brain injury after being crushed by a 2,300‑pound tire. Walking through that journey with him changed me forever. It made me an advocate — for families, for survivors, for anyone who needs someone in their corner.
Before real estate, I spent years as a mental health clinician, specializing in substance abuse, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, mood disorders, and PTSD. That work taught me how to listen deeply, support people through hard seasons, and show up with honesty and compassion — skills I carry into every real estate relationship.
I serve at my church on the Connections Team and occasionally as a group facilitator, because community matters to me. I’m also the daughter of a Marine, a proud patriot, and a vintage pinup at heart — I love blending old‑fashioned values with a little classic flair.
If you’re looking for someone who is honest, hardworking, and genuinely invested in your story, I’m here for you. I’m Shauna — your old‑fashioned hometown realtor — and I’d be honored to help you find your place to call home.
