Sometimes the right house takes patience, persistence, and a second chance. 🏡

My buyers had their eye on this one, but it went under contract before we could make it happen. Then we got the call—it was coming back on the market.

The only problem? We still had to get their current home listed and sold.

So we moved quickly, got their house on the market, got it under contract, and were able to come back with a strong non-contingent offer on the home they really wanted—just in the nick of time.
