Homes are so much more than walls, a roof, and an address. They’re where life happens. Where families grow, memories are made, seasons change, and so many of life’s “firsts” take place. 💖

This particular closing means a little extra to me.

In 2022, I had the privilege of helping my client purchase this home her very first home to own!!!! (HUGE DEAL!!!) 🏡💕 I got to be there for the excitement of that first set of keys and the beginning of a brand-new chapter.

And now, in 2026, she trusted me all over again this time to help her sell that very same home and close one chapter so she can begin another.

That kind of trust is something I will never ever take for granted!!

Real estate is one of the biggest and most personal decisions we make in life. To be invited into those moments whether it’s buying your first home, selling a home filled with memories, moving because your family has grown, starting over, downsizing, investing in your future, or simply deciding it’s time for something new is such an incredible privilege.
