Growing up I remember how fun it was to visit new subdivision homes and neighborhoods alongside my dad, a Realtor/Broker. A book of his listings sat by our home phone which rang with inquiries when he wasn’t in the office, and I loved paging thru that book to see photos & details. Not many people are born to be Realtors, but I was. I believe in home ownership and want to make that a reality for as

many people as possible. We are lucky in St Louis to have such a variety of architectural styles, neighborhoods and range of price points that make owning a home possible for so many. The City of Ferguson offers a $3500 forgiveable loan for many home buyers? Do you fit the criteria?

Eligible candidates are those who graduated in the last TWO years with a bachelor, master, or
doctoral level degree, from a postsecondary accredited institution.

Additional, eligible candidates include:

first-time homebuyers,
active military personnel, military personnel that have been discharged in the last two years,
law enforcement officers,
parochial or public school district employees (pre-kindergarten through secondary schools only), fire fighters or emergency
medical technicians (EMTs),
and all City of Ferguson employees.

You can use this program in combination with other programs your lender may offer.
