St. Louis apparently missed the memo that it’s almost fall. 🥵☀️

Luckily, the real estate market is still bringing some heat too. 🔥🏡

Right now:
• 6,840 active listings
• inventory is up 16.6% year over year
• median list price is $289,900
• about 1 in 5 listings have had a price reduction
• homes are spending a median of 45 days on the market

Translation: buyers have more choices, sellers have more competition, and pricing your home right matters.
