We’re making strong progress and on track to hit the 50% milestone completion at The Parker in Kansas City, MO!

Progress includes Residential Building 2 is fully framed with roofing underway, while brick installation and window installation are progressing.

Both commercial buildings are nearly framed, with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work progressing alongside construction.

We’re excited to see this project continue taking shape and look forward to sharing more updates as construction moves forward!

Exciting progress is happening at the Findlay Community Hub! Construction continues to move forward with roofing complete, windows going in, interior finishes underway, and major milestones being reached in the aquatic center.

Supported by a New Markets Tax Credit investment from MBS Urban Initiatives, the Findlay Community Hub is transforming into a vibrant destination for recreation, wellness, and community connection.

Every step brings us closer to opening a vibrant destination that will serve residents for generations to come.

Exciting news from Fort Worth! Phase III of the Stop Six Housing Project at Babers Manor is nearly complete, and we're preparing to welcome new residents home. Final grading, painting, and finishing touches are underway.

A special thank you to Faith Demolition for their outstanding work on the final grading. We're also proud to be able to demonstrate our commitment to providing affordable housing to families and communities.
