Thank you for the sacrifices, guidance, support, and love you give your families every day.

🚢🏡 “It’s been 84 years…”

Okay, maybe not quite 84 years… but it feels like people have been waiting forever for mortgage rates to go back to 3%. 😂

The Fed met yesterday, and once again the big question is:

“Are rates finally coming down?”

Not yet.

The average 30-year mortgage rate is still hovering around 6.5%.

But here’s the thing…

Life doesn’t always wait for the “perfect” market.

People get married.
Families grow.
Babies surprise us.
Job opportunities come along.
Kids need more space.
Parents move closer.
Retirement gets nearer.

And houses keep changing hands. 🏡❤️

So now I’m curious…

❤️🏡 Behind every house search is a story.

Yesterday, I was showing homes to an adorable couple planning their forever home that fits the beautiful blended family they’ve built together. ❤️

Today, I’m showing houses to a growing family preparing for a (surprise!) baby #3. 👶💕

And me… feeling so incredibly grateful that I get to be a small part of both.

Because it’s never really about the house.

It’s about the birthday parties that haven’t happened yet, the family dinners still to come, and the memories waiting to be made. ✨

Back at it with both families on Sunday, and we’ll keep looking until we find the place that feels like the perfect fit. 🏡❤️

Here’s to new beginnings, growing families, and the next chapters waiting to be written. ❤️

With school out for most families, I thought I’d share some FREE family-friendly activities around locally to help kick off summer break!

From the Saint Louis Zoo and splash pads to parks, outdoor concerts, festivals, and movie nights, there are so many ways to make memories without spending a fortune. 🌞🎶🏊‍♀️

One of the things I love most about living and working in this area is that there’s always something fun to do close to home.

☀️🏡 SCHOOL’S OUT… and if your kids are anything like my kiddo, the house somehow gets destroyed 14 seconds after I clean it 😂! 😩

So this Summer we’re trying something different:
✨ chores = rewards
✨ teamwork = less stress for mom & dad
✨ and making cleaning feel a little less painful 😅

I made a fun little list of:
✔️ age-appropriate chores
✔️ reward ideas kids actually care about
✔️ deep-cleaning tasks
✔️ FREE summer fun around STL
✔️ cheap food nights because groceries are OFFENSIVE lately 💀🍔🍕

Honestly… kids can help with WAY more than we give them credit for 👏

Saving this one for myself too because apparently I’m running a free Airbnb over here all summer 😂☀️
