A few things that make STL, STL:

🍽️ Toasted ravioli — the story goes a chef accidentally dropped ravioli in the fryer instead of the pot, and instead of starting over, STL said “actually… yes.” A whole cuisine built on not wasting food. Iconic.

🍰 Gooey butter cake — another “happy accident” origin story (are we noticing a pattern here?), and now it’s the dessert every STL grandma has a “secret” recipe for. Non-negotiable at any gathering.

🌆 We were once the 4th largest city in the entire country — from the 1870s all the way through the 1920s. Before Chicago, before Houston, before Phoenix. STL was THE place to be.

🎡 The 1904 World’s Fair brought over 20 million visitors to Forest Park and gave us the ice cream cone, iced tea as we know it, and even hosted the Olympics that same year. One summer, St. Louis was the center of the entire world.

⚾🏒 Our sports teams— Cardinals baseball, Blues hockey, a fanbase that will debate both with total strangers in line at Target, and a city-wide memory for championship runs that never fades.

We’ve got the history, the food, and the loyalty to match. This is a “if you know, you know” kind of city. 🏟️

What would YOU add to this list? Born and raised STL folks — I need your hot takes 👇

St. Louis just got a new obsession and I am fully on board. 👑✨

The Noble Crown just opened in the Central West End and it is exactly the kind of place this neighborhood has been waiting for. Modern American bistro at 300 N. Euclid, two levels — a ground floor restaurant and a lower level wine cellar and lounge called Underground Crown, patio seating, and food that tastes like every single ingredient was chosen on purpose. Because it was.

Pure, intentional, and somehow every bite tasted a little different than the last. The kind of meal you think about on the drive home. 🍽️

Chef John Perkins leads the culinary experience — and if you were a Juniper loyalist, you already know what that means. This one is special.

Open seven days a week, 11am–10pm. Date night, lunch with a client, solo glass of wine at the bar — honestly all of the above. 💙

📍 300 N. Euclid Ave, Central West End

While we reach the last moments of summer, there are a few essential summer night activities you have to catch:

🎭 Catch a show at The Muny — The Muny’s 108th season is running this summer , outdoor theater under the stars in Forest Park is a quintessential STL summer experience.

🎵 Free Wednesday concerts at the Botanical Garden — The Whitaker Music Festival offers free Wednesday evening concerts throughout the summer — bring a picnic, no tickets needed.

🎸 Blues at the Arch — August 14–16, the Blues at the Arch Festival returns to the Gateway Arch National Park with live music, local and national blues legends, kids’ activities, and fireworks — the only festival of its kind on national park grounds.

⚾ Cardinals game — obvious but essential. A hot dog, a cold drink, Busch Stadium. Non-negotiable.

🌅 Patio night before they’re gone — St. Louis has outdoor patios from Downtown to Webster Groves, Soulard to Chesterfield — get one last long dinner outside before the weather turns.

Swing by today! This brick-front two-story sits on a quiet cul-de-sac and backs to open common ground with a peaceful community pond just beyond. The backyard is made for entertaining, with a stamped-concrete patio, elevated deck, beautiful landscaping, and a private hot tub.

Even better — the major updates are already done: over $60,000 invested in a new roof, gutters, and insulated siding. That’s peace of mind you can move right into.

Come see it for yourself TODAY from 11–1. I’d love to show you around! Message me for the seller’s disclosures, inspection docs, or to set up a private tour. 🏡
