How much should you trust your Zestimate? 👀

Sometimes, it can actually be pretty close.

If your home has sold relatively recently, hasn't changed much, and there are plenty of comparable sales nearby, Zillow has a lot of data to work with.

Where things get tricky is when your home has been significantly renovated, hasn't sold in years, or has features an algorithm can't fully account for.

Zillow knows the market data.

It doesn't necessarily know your house.
