Our real estate history is a proud one with deep roots. It all began in 1946 when Harold Pauley, Adam’s grandfather, started a small real estate company in Stillwater known as the H.M. In 1971, Harold’s son-in-law, Clark Nyberg, joined him and they were able to grow their company into one of the largest real estate agencies in the East Metro. Keeping the tradition alive, Clark’s dad, Rudy Nyberg joined the team in the early 1980s and in 1994, Clark’s son, Adam, followed suit and became the third generation of Realtors in the family. In 2006 Coldwell Banker Burnet bought the family business. Sam Schoenborn, Clark's grandson is the latest in the family to join the team, making him a 4th generation realtor. Today the Nyberg Group, consisting of Clark and Adam Nyberg, Sam Schoenborn and Todd Miller, is one of the most experienced sales teams in the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin. They enjoy listing, selling and most of all, sharing their combined and extensive knowledge of real estate gained for well over sixty years in the business.
