🏠 Joliet Relocation Assessment Update

Clesia Ventures has completed 152 of 164 resident relocation assessments—representing 93% of all households at the John O. Homes and Heritage Place public housing sites.

This milestone reflects our team’s continued commitment to meeting personally with residents, understanding each household’s needs, and helping families prepare for a smooth and successful relocation.

We remain focused on completing the remaining assessments and ensuring that every resident receives the individual attention and support they deserve.

Clesia Ventures is looking for a compassionate case manager to support elderly residents through a major housing redevelopment in Joliet, IL — helping them navigate relocation with dignity, clear communication, and real support.

You'll need: a degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology, experience with elderly populations, and the ability to be on-site 3 days/week. Bilingual candidates and HUD/public housing experience are a plus.
