Congratulations to Linda Brown, on the sale of her condo in Janesville, and the purchase of her new condo in Madison. Linda, first worked with my Mom back in 1996. We have always appreciated her business and friendship. It is incredible to think that our relationship has spanned nearly 30 years! Congratulations to Greg Wellach on the recent sale of his home. This was a home in which he poured his heart and soul into making his own. It was not an easy place for leave. But, meeting the wonderful, young expecting couple that are going to make it their own made it easier.

This was a pretty special one for me. My Mom sold them this house back in 2001. After 24 years, the owner made sure to call "Judy's Son" to get her house sold. What a special feeling that after all these years. As an added bonus, it was a house kitty corner from where I grew up. Always neat to go back to my old neighborhood. Congratulations to my Seller and the new owner. New beginnings for everybody.
