You may qualify for an OHFA loan if you:

✔ Meet income and purchase price limits

✔ Meet debt-to-income requirements for your loan type
✔ Are purchasing an eligible home in Ohio
✔ Work with an OHFA-approved lender

OHFA also offers down payment assistance that may help cover part of your down payment, closing costs, or other upfront expenses.

Summer is one of the most competitive times to buy all around Cleveland, OH.

The kids are out of school, some people have more work flexibility, and inventory levels are stable.

The best ones move fast. Be ready to move quickly, have your financing locked, and your priorities clear.
Homeowners selling in the summer are often working around tight deadlines.

School starting, a job change, or a move already in motion. When we understand what they need, we can structure an offer that stands out without necessarily paying more.

Yesterday and I hosted our 2nd Easter Bunny Client Appreciation event and the day was filled with fun, too many laughs, and a lot of great connections with our amazing community.
